Expectations for This Semester

About my expectations this semester, are easy to carry out
and are not many!

As I was traveling last semester, having a gap year , I'm just coming back this September to the university. So now, I just want to be calmed, cough up in the routine and put in order my life......

It has been very cool coming back to my faculty, I think because
I'm returning to my friends, family, studying what I've loved, and that makes me feel sure about why I'm here and why I'm doing what I'm doing!!

So, I have to start step by step, don't miss any class, study, train my hands and eyes to draw and to make metal work...

By the end everything would be great, ready to enjoy summer!!!

With my artmates enjoying last weekend!

My super tecnology

Im not very fond of tecnology, my friends tell me, all the time “when are you going to change your cell phone????” So Im going to talk about it! It could be my favorite peace of tecnology nowadays!
I have a Nokia C2! Is very cool!!! I got it when my Nokia C1 died, 3 years ago!
I can listen to radio, send msm, call my friends... And I have to charge the batery once and it never ends!
It is hit proof, it fall like 5 times a day and it never dies! I'm also convinced that it is waterproof, when it falls to the toilet I will tell you!
I use it everyday, but if I forget it in my house, nothing happens!
I appraise everyday more (time ago, I didn't think about that) because Im not all day looking the cellphone, being aware if someone send me a wasap, or post me on facebook. My friends call me if they want to tell me something (I can get the exited voice) and I live relax and disconect if I want, because I know me, I will be catch for some smartphone if I had someone!
When this kind of pieces will dissapear, hippies or vintages will be out! And I will have an Iphone 20 and 1000 of friends!

Manuela

I was born in Santiago, on August 92, but I'm from San Felipe. A small town, who is 1 hour and a half far to the capital. I grew up there and it was a very happy and healthy childhood. My school was in the countryside so in breakes me and my mates use to clime trees, lie in the grass or play in the rural channels.
My father is an antropologist, he loves mountains and my mother is a social worker and love child literature. My brother is also antropologist and is a drumsplayer.
Im studing arts, and Im very happy with my university life, I really enjoy Santiago, my classmates, teachers, my major (metal work). Here there are many things to do comparated with San Felipe. But I use to travel very often to my parents house, to be quiet and calm.
My hobbies are dance and travel. Now, Im having a course of contemporary dance in the Dance Faculty in the University. And about travelling, is something that I love and I try to travel all the time, make some money and go! My last travel was with my major, classmates and teacher, we went to the Nort of Chile, and then to Bolivia. Was related with art work, meeting artists, universities, artistic residences... Was amazing!

In Bolivia!!!
